In conjunction with the owners Lodgco Management, Corrigan Logistics has just completed a 94 room remodel in Walker Michigan. The Holiday Inn Express was awarded their flag for an extensive upgrade to their motel rooms. The renovation included granite counter tops, flooring, wallpaper, beds, casegoods and bedding. Lodgco cut costs by having the Hospitality division of Corrigan Logistics manage their project. The Grand Rapids office of Corrigan Logistics received product from vendors, delivered to the jobsite, completed install and removed debris. On average 15 rooms per week were renovated while the motel remained in full operation, minimizing down time and delay’s to the customers.We are now on to a Residence Inn project in Ann Arbor.
