Your team will be involved from the initial quote through final billing. Your team will provide real time updates of product locations and shipment tracking. We realize personal contact is an important part of servicing your complex logistics projects.
Starting with our initial conversation, Corrigan Logistics will work with you to create a plan to meet your specific needs. Each complex project has unique needs and requires special services, that is why we assign a dedicated project manager and partner with your team to craft the solution that best fits your needs and budget. Depending on the project, the PM may be on-site to manage the freight receiving and shipping they may remain in the office and coordinate remotely.
You dedicated support team will include after-hour emergency contact information so no matter when changes or challenges arise, we can quickly react to implement a solution. It’s important for all Corrigan Logistics projects to have this personal touch. That’s why a dedicated support team is included with all of our logistics projects.
